Stephen Copeland

Stephen began his insurance career shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in economics. He’s a certified Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS), and brings more than 25 years of industry experience in sales, marketing and independent agency management. As vice president of customer service, Stephen plays a large role on our operations team and leads Reliance’s service and claims department. Stephen, who moved to Tennessee to join Reliance Partners in 2017, is married with three children and a grandchild.
