Reliance Partners Appoints New Members to Executive Team

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Reliance Partners announced two executive appointments Thursday, November 4th. Andrew Ladebauche, formerly executive vice president of Reliance Partners, has been selected as the company’s chief executive officer. Reliance Partners also welcomes Chad Eichelberger as the company’s new president and chief operations officer.

As Co-Founder of Reliance Partners, Andrew Ladebauche has been an integral part of the company’s growth since its formation in 2009. As the company’s very first employee, Ladebauche built the foundation of the company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sharp eye on an ever-changing marketplace. Under his leadership, Reliance Partners has doubled its sales every year. In his new role as CEO, Ladebauche will be instrumental in the continued expansion of Reliance Partners’ book of business. Ladebauche earned his degree in Business Finance from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. He resides in Signal Mountain with his wife, Ashley, and their children Ava and Tucker. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, fishing and being with his family.

Prior to his role at Reliance Partners, Chad Eichelberger was President of Access America Transport where he was instrumental in the company’s explosive growth to $500 million in sales. He brings a large amount of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Eichelberger continued in a leadership role as President of Brokerage once Access America merged with Coyote Logistics in 2014. His proven track record of building strong teams and creating innovative work environments will complement the growth at Reliance Partners as it continues to attract a new generation of insurance professionals. Eichelberger earned his degree in Logistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Eichelberger resides in Signal Mountain his wife, Ann Marie, and their son, Chandler. On the weekends, Eichelberger enjoys being with his family, travelling and ‘giving his all’ for the Tennessee Vols.
